HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

When you are ready to book your appointment use the link in the top right corner of this page to schedule. Be sure to select “Jesslyn” from the drop down menu as I work in a salon with other stylists! You will be contacted to confirm your appointment. Please be sure to opt in to text messaging to get your appointment reminders!

parking

There is a free parking lot in front of the salon that is shared with a Whole Foods and other businesses. Please give yourself extra time to park as the lot is small and fills up quickly.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes or more past the start of your appointment I will not be able to provide your service and you will need to reschedule.

Cancellation or reschedule

Please read the cancellation policy carefully. By booking you are accepting these terms.

All cancellations require a direct communication via phone call or text.

I require minimum 24-hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling after that timeframe will result in a fee of 50% of the missed service cost. This fee will be applied to your next service.

No call/no-shows will be charged a fee of 100% of the missed service cost. My no-show terms are non-negotiable and are at my discretion. I have text and email confirmations in place to remind you of your upcoming appointment.

REDOS AND ADJUSTMENTS

I want you to be satisfied with your hair. After your service is completed if you feel that something isn’t quite right please contact me within 7 days of your service via text or email to schedule a no cost adjustment.
